Job Summary
Drive transaction management and customer service as Transactions Specialist III. Own customer interactions, resolve inquiries, and document transactions accurately. Manage a portfolio including complex/non-routine accounts, resolve transaction exceptions, and prepare sworn documents. Collaborate with dealers and Dealer Relationship Managers to resolve vehicle perfection issues, engage in quality control, and coach peers. Leverage knowledge of banking operations, automation, AI, and data literacy to optimize processes, communicate effectively with customers, and uphold regulatory/compliance standards while meeting deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Hold a HS Diploma or GED
- Provide strong customer service experience
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of banking industry business structures; previous experience in motor vehicle operations preferred
- Adhere to regulatory and compliance controls and policy requirements
- Demonstrate professional and courteous interpersonal skills
- Apply strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities
- Multi-task effectively, including typing while reading, viewing multiple screens and systems
- Utilize working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel
