Job Summary
Coordinate, review, and extract data files from various business lines for mail distribution, offering presentment services for First Class, Standard Class, E-certified, USPS Express, Fed Ex, UPS, and internal mail. Validate daily file reconciliations to meet client service level agreements and manage change support for technology and process improvements. Execute daily document printing in Roll to Roll and Roll to Fold environments using Canon, Ricoh, and IBM printers, while monitoring print queues, Videk camera output, and color consistency to maintain quality standards. Perform an eight to ten-hour shift requiring the ability to lift 40-70lbs and deliver 200lb supplies, ensuring adherence to productivity metrics within the Global Document Services unit.
Required Qualifications
- Able to lift 40-70lbs and deliver 200lb supplies utilizing industrial pull/push carts
- Must be able to stand/walk for an 8 to 10 hours shift
- Must be able to meet and maintain Quality and Productivity standards
- Must be control-oriented
- Must pay attention to detail
- Must be a strong team player
- Must be able to work in a global matrixed organization
- Must be able to adapt to a change in the work environment
- High school diploma or five years of production environment work history
