Job Summary
Senior Transaction Services professional overseeing project teams of Associates in the M&A lifecycle, including client development, due diligence coordination, and transaction closing. Responsibilities include coordinating and supporting due diligence engagements; drafting QOE workbooks, reports, and information memoranda; participating in engagement development and execution; developing and presenting analyses and presentations in client and prospect meetings; contributing to M&A strategy discussions; and mentoring staff Associates. The role requires experience in transaction advisory services and familiarity with ERP/accounting software and QOE reporting.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in transaction advisory services
- Experience with ERP and accounting software
- Experience with or leading the development of QOE reports (Quality of Earnings)
