Job Summary
Senior-level role focused on delivering detailed financial due diligence in M&A contexts within Deloitte’s Transaction Services. Responsibilities include working with management and junior staff to ensure timely delivery of engagement deliverables; performing detailed financial analysis and report writing; interpreting and analyzing financial and commercial information; reviewing historical and forecast trading performance, cash flows, working capital, and balance sheets; identifying key issues and reporting findings to clients; correlating findings with other workstreams to provide integrated insights; and assisting in preparing reports to support stock exchange listings. The position emphasizes professional growth, client service excellence, and leadership within a collaborative team, with a flexible hybrid working model in Ireland (Dublin, Limerick, Cork) and a reporting line to the Partner of Transaction Services. Requirements include a recognized accounting qualification (ACA, CIMA, or equivalent) and strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
