Transaction Services Manager

Senior-level role focused on delivering detailed financial due diligence in M&A contexts within Deloitte’s Transaction Services. Responsibilities include working with management and junior staff to ensure timely delivery of engagement deliverables; performing detailed financial analysis and report writing; interpreting and analyzing financial and commercial information; reviewing historical and forecast trading performance, cash flows, working capital, and balance sheets; identifying key issues and reporting findings to clients; correlating findings with other workstreams to provide integrated insights; and assisting in preparing reports to support stock exchange listings.
