Job Summary
Manage high-profile inbound and outbound servicing transfer projects as the primary point of contact for clients, servicers, and third parties. Maintain project plans, action items, and deliverables while facilitating meetings with full responsibility for agendas, minutes, and follow-ups. Identify, track, and escalate issues and risks to management with proposed remediation and timeline impacts. Collaborate with Loan Transfer Data Analysts to coordinate data mapping sessions and pre/post-transfer testing efforts, documenting defects and obtaining sign-off. Facilitate Go/No-Go decisions by formally documenting trial event results, outstanding items, and risks. Implement process changes to meet output requirements and maintain transaction management procedures. Provide consistent status updates for all trial and final events while working closely with management to ensure scope and timeline completion.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work under pressure, meet organizational deadlines, and multitask while maintaining departmental standards
- Ability to work collaboratively with peers, management, and clients to attain common goals
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction and effectively meet deadlines
- Ability to communicate professionally/effectively in writing, in person, and virtually with all levels within the organization and external clients/third parties
- Ability to attend work and be productive during normal business hours and to work early, late or weekend hours as needed for successful job performance
Desired Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience
- 3+ years of mortgage servicing experience
- Background in the mortgage or real estate industry
