Job Summary
Act as a key point of contact for downstream groups and provide first-line controls and support for a variety of trading desks. Ensure accurate capture of business transactions in risk management systems for vanilla and complex derivative products, supporting risk management, regulatory compliance, and timely reporting. The role supports the Middle Office with high-volume trade processing, control and monitoring of trade lifecycles, and participation in process improvement initiatives and project delivery in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Highly numerate with strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Basic understanding of derivative products (vanilla and complex)
- Awareness of risk types: market, operational, settlement, credit, legal, and reputational
- Proficiency in Excel and general computer literacy
- Ability to work under pressure and manage shifting priorities
