Job Summary

Transaction Officer position in Calabar, Nigeria responsible for facilitating General Business payments, staff and agents/brokers commissions, petty cash management, and posting vouchers on Premia 10 across branches. Duties include preparation and payment of commissions (staff, FP, FPs), management of petty cash, payment of bills for subsidiaries and General Business, posting of vouchers (treasury deal slips, journals), and assisting in bank reconciliation and cash book reconciliation. Requires a BSc in Banking & Finance, Business Administration or related field and a minimum of 2 years’ experience; knowledge of accounting and finance, credit control administration, and insurance business knowledge; strong communication, data management, and organizational skills. Knowledge of Premia 10 usage, treasury operations, and internal controls is beneficial.

Required Qualifications

  • B.Sc in Banking & Finance, Business Administration or any related field
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience
  • Professional qualification will be an advantage
