Job Summary
Transaction Manager - VP leads loan lifecycle transaction management across syndicated and bilateral loans including closing and servicing coordination, client onboarding, data management, and quality control. Establishes processes, standards, controls, training, and technology rollout; collaborates with originating lines, credit risk, operations, and legal to align with strategic goals and regulatory requirements; defines operational metrics and risk controls; drives process improvements and project initiatives; manages deal closing pipeline and supports cross-functional stakeholders across wholesale lending workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree preferred
- 6-10 years experience
- Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- High proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft-based programs
- Experience with Loan IQ, transaction capture tools, etc.
- Strong knowledge of wholesale loan (syndicated / bilateral) product and business
- Ability to collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders
- Leadership/management experience in a large global team
- Attention to detail and analytical/problem-solving abilities
- Ability to prioritize amidst changing priorities
- Understanding of regulatory policies related to lending
