Job Summary
Transaction Manager at Allen Motor Group's OMODA dealership in Milton Keynes, responsible for achieving targets in sold units, profitability and finance for the team, ensuring full compliance to AMG, brand and legislative standards, developing product knowledge, carrying out part exchange appraisals, and delivering an exceptional buying experience from the outset. Role includes leading deals, managing finance/insurance packages with FCA compliance, and benefiting from a basic salary of £30,000 with an OTE of £50,000, plus a company vehicle and extensive benefits. This is a full-time position with a 5-day week.
Required Qualifications
- Strong automotive business/transaction manager experience from a franchised dealership
- Experience in stacking and controlling deals
- Excellent relationship and interpersonal skills
- Experience delivering finance and insurance packages with a strong understanding of FCA compliance
- A drive to meet and exceed targets
- Full UK driving licence
