Job Summary
Manage lease transactions by providing market advice, handling high-volume deal updates, and attending regular client meetings. Select and manage co-brokers while overseeing analyst responsibilities throughout the process. Review lease documents, write summaries, and abstracts during due diligence. Gather and evaluate real estate market data by researching companies, landlords, and potential subtenants. Work on special projects and direct assignments while preparing commission invoices and tracking transactions in proprietary software. This role operates within JLL's Brokerage team in the Dallas office, supporting a high-volume, client-facing environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years commercial real estate transaction or leasing experience
- Real estate brokerage or salesperson's license
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
