Job Summary
Implement and manage complex Structured Corporate Loan transactions, actively monitoring, investigating, and resolving issues throughout the deal lifecycle to ensure terms are adhered to and operational risk is mitigated. Collect and lodge collateral documentation with the Collateral team, coordinate security releases, and create complex transactions on ACBS to enable ongoing administration and reporting. Consult stakeholders on operational requirements for cross-functional enablement teams, participate in post-deployment reviews, and coordinate transaction close-outs to ensure accurate Wholesale Clients records. Requires 5-7 years in Operations within Financial Services Transaction Management. Full-time role based in the Isle of Man.
Required Qualifications
- First Degree in Business Commerce
- 5 - 7 years experience in Operations
- Experience working within Transaction Management in Financial Services supporting the Investment Banking business
- demonstrating relevant knowledge of Investment Banking Debt Products
- knowledge of the financial instruments managed by Wholesale Clients TMU
- the ability to interpret related legal agreements
Desired Qualifications
- A track record adding value and delivering professional, client centric service to internal and /or external clients preferred
