Job Summary
Respond to moderately complex client inquiries via phone and email to support operational efficiency and quality client service. Analyze and resolve moderately complex transactions requiring escalations and exceptions, acting as the primary point of contact for AMRS-based institutional clients on all Fixed Income trade processing activities. Manage trade confirmations, allocations, settlements, and account maintenance while coordinating with trading desks, sales teams, and custodial banks to ensure timely issue resolution. Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce operational risk, and improve the overall client experience through proactive process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of capital markets experience
- preferably within fixed income
- bachelor's degree in accounting
- bachelor's degree in finance
- bachelor's degree in operations management
- self-motivated

- ability to operate successfully in a fast-paced environment

- Experience using Microsoft Excel
- creating Pivot tables
