Transaction Liability Underwriting Assistant

Job Summary
Provide dedicated administrative and underwriting support to the Transaction Liability team, including managing inboxes, logging submissions, preparing reports, diary administration, invoicing, client onboarding, reviewing and amending documents (NDAs, hold harmless letters), and ensuring timely progression of transactions from submission to policy binding. Requires strong organization, attention to detail, and proficient use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Entry-level role with preference for knowledge of mergers and acquisitions, law, business, or finance.
