Job Summary
Senior-level Transaction Execution Specialist in Credit Product Delivery responsible for end-to-end documentation negotiation and execution of credit facilities. Focus on Global Corporate Bank clients with emphasis on Latin American market; manage negotiation of legal documentation across lending categories (syndicated and bilateral), liaise with internal/external counsel, prepare and review transactional documentation, drive escalation and controls around deal closing, and contribute to wider GB CDS projects. Requires strong experience in loan documentation, LSTA standards, credit execution, and ability to communicate effectively with front-office globally. Advanced Spanish is strongly preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in documentation negotiation management
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of credit facilities, loan documentation, LSTA standards, and auxiliary documentation for Loan product
- Solid understanding of credit execution, transaction management, and lending products and agreements, including leveraged finance, acquisition finance, and working capital finance
- Proficiency in credit products and banking processes, with proven experience in managing complex transactions
- Ability to identify problems and escalate these promptly
- Excellent coordination skills and a strong control mindset
- Legal background is an advantage
- Good organization skills, and ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines, including strong prioritization skills
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills; ability to interact professionally and confidently with the Front Office globally
- Fluency in English
