Job Summary
Coordinate residential settlements for a title company, handling order intake, review of title commitments, preparation of CD/HUD documents, and scheduling closings. Maintain customer relationships with professional communication, input orders into the production system, coordinate with vendors, monitor in-boxes and RealEC communications, and ensure proper filing and post-closing activities. Requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to manage deadlines, and experience with HUD/CD settlements; notary and NJ title license are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED required
- At least two years of experience working at a title company
- HUD-1 and CDF Settlement Statement Preparation experience while working at a title company preferred
- Notary Public is preferred
- NJ Title License preferred
