Job Summary
Coordinate and manage documentation, deadlines, and compliance for real estate transactions from listing to close. Serve as the central point of contact to agents, lenders, attorneys, and title companies; ensure timely processing, accurate contracts, and commission records; support agents with inquiries about payouts and deductions; collaborate with sales managers and internal teams to deliver exceptional service while upholding confidentiality and strict attention to detail. Requires experience in real estate transaction processing, familiarity with New York and Connecticut forms, and a bachelor’s degree preferred; license in NY or CT is required. Hybrid work arrangement with in-office collaboration at Compass NY offices and occasional travel to CT offices or events.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a real estate transaction-processings function, coordination, accounting, or payroll function preferred
- New York or Connecticut real estate license required
- Familiarity with standard real estate forms used in New York State (New York City / Long Island / The Hamptons / Westchester) and Connecticut
- B.A. or B.S. degree preferred
