Job Summary
Entry-level Transaction Control Analyst in Citi's Securities Services in Warsaw responsible for accurate and timely booking of transactions, verification of instructions for correctness and completeness, timely preparation and delivery of accounting records and reports, and performing control functions. The role involves collaborating with Fund Accounting, Middle Office, Reconciliations, and Static Data Teams to support NAV calculation and ensure transactions are correctly captured across instruments (Equities, Bonds, FX, Money Markets, Derivatives, and funds). The position includes participation in audits and projects, with a hybrid work model (up to 2 days at home per week) in Warsaw. Primary duties also include responding to standard and non-standard queries, and contributing to process efficiency improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Good English
- Basic knowledge of financial instruments
- Computer literacy (MS Outlook and Excel)
- SQL is an asset
- Analytical thinking
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to work in the capital markets and to learn
