Transaction Banking Specialist within ANZ's Business & Private Bank leads and collaborates in customer solution strategies for existing customers in Diversified and Specialist Industries segments, delivering and maintaining high standards across Transaction Banking processes, driving profitable growth, sharing customer-led insights and solutions, conducting TB and set reviews, managing back book to retain customers, and providing ongoing customer/banker education on topics such as cybercrime and Digital Self Service.
