Transaction Banking, Global Payments Product Manager, Associate

Associate Product Manager for Transaction Banking focused on delivering tokenized-deposits and microservice-based features to enable global money movement and efficient treasury operations. You will define product requirements, document user stories and acceptance criteria, help maintain a detailed product roadmap, participate in backlog grooming and sprint planning, present complex concepts to stakeholders, analyze market developments, and coordinate with engineering, design, operations, and sales to ensure timely delivery and high-quality features. You will collaborate with internal partners including business teams, product teams, legal and compliance, and enterprise technology to balance client outcomes, business needs, and technical feasibility while driving rapid product growth in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications include at least 3 years of experience (5 preferred) in product management, engineering, business analysis, or related roles, plus experience with transaction banking products or digital assets and familiarity with Agile methodologies, APIs, Jira, and Confluence. Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
