Transaction Analyst to support transaction coordination, execution, and financial modelling for opportunities and asset disposals; develop engagement with agents and valuers; assist in evaluating acquisitions nationwide; coordinate valuation processes and present outcomes to Investment Committees; drive efficiency, risk controls, and ESG considerations across transactions; work with internal stakeholders to support pricing development, valuation management, and deal negotiations; contribute to board papers and memoranda for investment committees; build relationships with agents and valuers in allocated markets; based in Sydney, NSW.
