Transaction Analyst, Americas

Supports transaction advisory efforts in lease acquisitions, dispositions, and related project work. Performs detailed financial analyses (including NPV cash flows), evaluates client building alternatives and lease options, and prepares approval documents and reports for client submissions. Works directly with clients and team members to resolve financial model and landlord issues, assists in preparing and tracking commission invoices, and contributes to due diligence and lease-document reviews. Develops familiarity with basic building systems, real estate concepts, and lease terminology; supports lease negotiations and aligns with client services. Proficiently uses Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, CoStar, Mapping Software, and other databases to produce analyses and presentations. Strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and capability to work both independently and within a team in a remote-capable environment. The role emphasizes analytical rigor, effective communication, and collaboration with clients and colleagues to deliver transaction-focused solutions.
