Transaction Advisory Senior Associate

Job Summary
Support day-to-day transaction advisory activities for buy- and sell-side engagements by performing financial statement reviews, reconciliations, and cash flow analysis. Conduct quality of earnings and net working capital assessments while analyzing business and transactional performance metrics. Prepare client deliverables including reports, presentations, and written analyses, and collaborate with clients, team members, and external professionals to achieve engagement objectives. Identify issues for purchase price adjustments and deal structuring insights. Requires 6+ years of experience in transaction advisory, consulting, or professional services, with strong financial modeling and analytical skills. Travel up to 25%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in transaction advisory, consulting, or professional services
- Strong financial modeling, Excel, and analytical skills
- Ability to interpret large volumes of financial and operational data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently or in a team, and travel up to 25%
Desired Qualifications
- CPA, CFA, or technical/GAAP accounting expertise is a plus
- Familiarity with financial research tools (Capital IQ, Bloomberg, etc.)
