Job Summary
The Transaction Advisory Services Experienced Manager will manage financial, accounting, and operational due diligence engagements for strategic and financial buyers. Key responsibilities include planning and overseeing the due diligence process, analyzing financial forecasts and historical earnings, conducting research, gathering information from C-level personnel, and identifying risks in the M&A process. The role requires strong communication skills, project management capabilities, and the ability to analyze large data volumes. Candidates should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields, extensive public accounting experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance
- Six (6) or more years of public accounting experience
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suites, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Solid knowledge of technical accounting areas such as US GAAP and SEC reporting
Desired Qualifications
- MBA
- Prior experience interacting and working directly with C-level personnel
- Experience with IDEA software
