Job Summary
Transaction Advisory Associate in an in-office Austin, TX role supporting buy-side and sell-side M&A deals. Leverage Excel to compile and analyze financial data, prepare QoE reports, and perform due diligence. Communicate insights through clear, written reports and presentations; engage with executives and clients; manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Experience with financial analysis, M&A, QoE, and strong Excel skills are essential; CPA/CFA eligibility preferred. In-office role with no travel expectations and growth opportunities within a collaborative firm.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of public accounting experience (Big 4, national, regional, or large local firm preferred)
- CPA or CFA license, or eligibility to sit for the CPA or CFA exam
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly motivated, collaborative team player with a proactive mindset
- Demonstrated project management capabilities
- Prior exposure to M&A transactions and/or Quality of Earnings analysis strongly preferred
- Experience with recurring revenue SaaS or software companies is a plus
- Must be able to work full-time in person at our downtown Austin office
