Trans & Dist. Superintendent.

Oversee daily construction activities for transmission lines, substations, and related infrastructure while supervising subcontractors to ensure work aligns with project schedules and contractual requirements. Manage site safety, productivity, materials, and equipment utilization by coordinating with project management, engineering teams, and client representatives. Monitor progress through daily reports, site documentation, and look-ahead planning to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Support QA/QC processes, including inspections, testing, and system walkdowns, and identify and resolve field issues, including change orders and RFIs. Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
