Tramitador/a Multirriesgo Hogar

Tramitador/a de Multirriesgos Hogar responsible for managing and coordinating home insurance claims, including analyzing expert reports, reviewing documentation, coordinating involved parties, settling indemnities, and resolving claims. Will maintain fluid communication with clients, providers, and internal teams to ensure swift, high-quality service. Will participate in continuous process improvement, understand provider procedures, detect service incidents and propose corrective actions, and conduct follow-ups and audits to verify conformance to agreements and protocols. Requires strong analytical skills, client-centric approach, excellent written and verbal communication, ability to design and execute action plans, and collaboration across teams to support the Home Claims Processing group. Hybrid work model with at least three days per week remote, and offices adapted to agile methodology. Willingness to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with basic IT skills; knowledge of Excel and databases is valued.
