Job Summary
Guide individuals with psychosocial vulnerability toward recovery and sustainable participation by coaching them individually on work, education, or day care. Collaborate closely with treatment professionals, UWV, and employers to develop realistic reintegration plans while fostering self-awareness and resilience. Manage your own agenda and report on client progress, while contributing to group training, supervision, and recruitment efforts. Work part-time across Amsterdam and Haarlem locations with a flexible hybrid setup. Join a supportive team within Arkin, a major mental health organization, dedicated to social participation for people with complex psychiatric backgrounds.
Required Qualifications
- Minimaal een relevante hbo-opleiding (bijv. Social Work, SPH, MWD, SJD, ergotherapie)
- Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring met psychische en/of verslavingsproblematiek
- Ervaring met re-integratie (Spoor 2 en UWV trajecten)
- Je bent zelfstandig, maar zoekt ook actief de samenwerking op
- Je bent empathisch, duidelijk en doortastend
- Je hebt kennis van wet- en regelgeving (of bent bereid dit snel te leren)
- Je kunt schakelen tussen mensgericht werken en resultaatgericht denken
- Een Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag (VOG)
Desired Qualifications
- Ervaring met re-integratie (Spoor 2 en UWV trajecten is een pré)
