Training Technology Digital Solutions Intern

Training Technology Digital Solutions Intern at Bosch Home Comfort. You will support the digital transformation of technical training programs by helping implement and rollout a new Learning Management System (LMS), streamline training administration, and improve learner experience. Responsibilities include LMS deployment, organizing and uploading training materials, testing system functionality, creating documentation and user guides, designing digital workflows for training scheduling, registration, and certification distribution, coordinating instructor-led and digital training events, maintaining learner records and training databases, and producing dashboards/reports to track participation, completion, and certification. Ideal candidates are pursuing degrees in business, information systems, education technology, computer science, engineering, or related fields, with strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills, and an interest in LMS/digital training platforms; experience with LMS, Excel, project management or workflow tools is a plus. Indefinite U.S. work authorization; future sponsorship unavailable. Salary range is $26-$28/hour ($54,080-$58,240/year), with full benefits; location is Watertown, MA (on-site).
