Job Summary
Training Technician responsible for assuring designated manufacturing employees are properly trained by conducting or coordinating procedures/policies training; document work following procedures; ensure compliance with cGMP, ISO/QSR standards; support supervisor training/certification requirements; assist in developing training matrices by job positions; verify operator training and certifications; maintain Training Management System; evaluate and identify training program improvements; perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisor; requires High School degree or equivalent, 2-4 years manufacturing experience, English and Spanish proficiency, MS Office skills, and 4+ days in-office presence at BD's El Paso, TX location.
Required Qualifications
- High School degree or equivalent
- 2-4 years of manufacturing experience
- Familiarization with manufacturing areas
- Effective English and Spanish communication
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge of QSR and ISO regulations and standards
- Ability to read and interpret rules, regulations, policies and procedures
- On-site presence (minimum 4 days in-office per week)
- Experience documenting work following procedures
- Training coordination or delivery experience
- Training management system maintenance
- Certification verification of operators
