Job Summary

Coordinate and lead training sessions with housing partners, manage Zoom meetings, and facilitate scheduling for FSS Link webinars and community conversations. Assist with the development of training materials, upload resource content to the proprietary online learning platform, and respond to discussion board posts. Support the planning and execution of the National FSS Conference by researching speakers, creating agendas, and managing communications with attendees. Track the impact of new training initiatives, prepare reports for stakeholders, and collect feedback on program offerings. Maintain knowledge of the organization's core FSS and financial coaching programs while ensuring smooth operational support for the Programs Team.

  • Some knowledge of and familiarity with the FSS program, including program policy and financial coaching topics

  • Ability to build strong, trusting relationships with partners and staff across the Compass team
  • Strong organizational and execution skills; detail-oriented with the ability to complete work accurately, efficiently, and on time
  • Ability to simplify and clearly present complex concepts in training materials
  • Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to creatively problem solve, prioritize, create actionable plans, and deliver tangible outcomes in a growing organization
  • Travel to Compass offices in Philadelphia, PA and Boston, MA will be required periodically, with advanced notice

Desired Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the Family Self Sufficiency (FSS) Program
  • Experience and/or educational background in instructional design, learning experience design, or curriculum design
  • Marketing and communications experience
