Job Summary
The Training Support Specialist delivers structured retail skills training to Adult MDRS clients, Pre-ETS students, and Work-Based Learning participants, oversees daily trainee activities, develops and maintains curriculum and instructional materials, monitors attendance and performance, submits bi-weekly progress reports, and ensures MDRS and program compliance across locations. The role collaborates with Program Managers and retail management, applies adult learning techniques, and travels to off-site sites to promote programs and recruit participants from diverse populations. Requires strong communication skills, ability to adapt instructional delivery for diverse learners, and a valid driver license with reliable transportation.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalency mandatory
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
