Job Summary
Facilitate student access to training resources and logistical capabilities to ensure on-time, on-budget completion. Proactively initiate contact and respond to student needs while verifying schedules for high success rates. Coach students on scheduling or performance issues and administer FAA Knowledge Tests via CATS. Schedule and confirm checkride milestones, contact Designated Pilot Examiners for availability, and verify feedback. Make contingency plans for weather, maintenance, and instructor limitations. Conduct pre-arrival calls, day one check-ins, weekly orientation meetings, and bi-weekly housing inspections. Record updates to the student tracking system and facilitate introductions to other ATP departments.
Required Qualifications
- Customer service-oriented work experience
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
- Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Aviation experience, specifically an understanding of FAA Certification
- Private Pilot Certificate
- Aircraft Dispatcher Certificate
- Some college coursework
