Training Support Center Specialist/Technician, ARNG Training & Range Support

Provide on-site training center support operations, support TADSS training and operations at training centers, revise lesson plans and POIs for up-to-date regulatory procedures, provide technical instruction and guidance during practical exercises, operate training devices, maintain simulators within the Synthetic Training Environment (STE), prepare instructional materials and class briefs, conduct group instruction and briefings per POI, certify operators and track recertification, assist unit trainers with individual and crew training, maintain Training Support Center operations and warehouse functions, research doctrine for applicable trainers, ensure personnel have valid licenses to operate vehicles, transfer knowledge to unit personnel, maintain a clean and safe work area, comply with safety guidelines, draft policy standards and procedures for Government consideration, manage TADSS equipment, utilize TS-MATS for maintenance records, attend planning meetings, document TADSS availability and operability, assist Government with issue research, maintain device inspection records.
