Job Summary
Support Army National Guard Training & Range programs by providing on-site training center operations, operating and maintaining training devices and simulators, delivering instructional programs, certifying operators, and maintaining Training Support Center operations. Responsibilities include conducting training aligned with TADSS, STE, RVTP, and SRP; updating POS/I programs; delivering practical instruction, evaluating performance, guiding students, and resolving operational issues; ensuring availability of training aids and materials; maintaining compliance with safety guidelines; managing TS-MATS records; and collaborating with Government personnel while traveling to various training centers. Requires at least 3 years of relevant experience, DoD SECRET clearance eligibility, and valid licensing for government vehicles or forklift operations; based at Camp Ripley, MN with travel responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in training support center operations or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Army National Guard Training programs
- Appropriate valid licensing and training to operate Government Owned or Leased Vehicles (i.e. GSA lease) and/or forklift machinery
- Ability to obtain DoD SECRET Clearance
- Location/Travel requirement: Camp Ripley, MN; Travel will be required
