Job Summary
Training Support Center Lead for ARNG Training & Range Support overseeing TSC operations nationwide. Supervises TSC personnel, manages TADSS, scheduling and inventories, ensures compliance with AR 350-52, and provides on-site training center support. Develops and revises lesson plans and POIs to ensure instructors deliver up-to-date procedures, provides technical instruction and evaluation of performance, operates training devices/simulators within STE, certifies new operators and tracks annual recertification, maintains TSC operations and warehouse functions, and coordinates with units and government stakeholders. Requires travel, valid state licenses for vehicle operation, and ability to support training programs across DoD/Federal agencies; DoD SECRET clearance is required. Camp Ripley, MN and Little Falls, MN locations; travel required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in training support center operations or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Army National Guard Training programs
- Valid licensing and training required by state and federal laws to operate Government Owned or Leased Vehicles (i.e. GSA lease) and/or forklift machinery
- Ability to obtain DoD SECRET Clearance
