Job Summary
Training Support Center Lead overseeing ARNG Training & Range Support operations, supervising TSC personnel, managing TADSS, inventories, and training programs at multiple DoD training centers nationwide; provides on-site training support, develops/updates lesson plans and POIs, conducts technical instruction and performance evaluations, operates and maintains simulators and STE environments, ensures readiness and compliance with AR 350-52, certifies operators, maintains records in TS-MATS, and liaises with units and Government stakeholders; requires DoD SECRET clearance, valid vehicle/forklift licensing, travel readiness, and experience with Army National Guard training programs; locations include Camp Shelby, MS and Hattiesburg, MS with in-person duties.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in training support center operations or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Army National Guard Training programs
- Appropriate valid licensing and training required by state and federal laws to operate Government Owned or Leased Vehicles and/or forklift equipment
- Clearance: Able to get a DoD SECRET Clearance
- Location / Places of Performance: Camp Shelby, MS
- Travel: Travel will be required
