Training Support Center Lead, ARNG Training & Range Support

Training Support Center Lead responsible for supervising TSC personnel, managing TADSS, scheduling and inventories, and ensuring compliance with AR 350-52 across a nationwide footprint. Provides on-site training center support, assists with training aids, devices, simulators and simulations (TADSS) operations at training centers, and updates lesson plans/POIs to reflect current regulatory procedures delivered by instructor/operators. Delivers technical instruction, demonstrations, and guidance on practical exercises; evaluates performance; supports students requiring additional training; observes operations to identify errors and resolve operational issues. Operates training devices, maintains simulators within the Synthetic Training Environment (STE), prepares instructional materials, and ensures readiness of training aids before classes. Conducts group briefings and instruction according to POIs, certifies new operators, tracks annual recertification, and assists unit trainers in conducting individual and crew training. Maintains TSC operations and warehouse functions, researches doctrine/utilization strategies for trainers, ensures personnel have valid state licenses for operating vehicles, and drafts policy standards for program use. Uses TS-MATS for tracking maintenance and service. Attends meetings to provide technical recommendations and documents TADSS trends. Maintains device records for inspection or repair, and supports Government research on various issues as requested.
