Job Summary
Lead Training Support Center operations for the Army National Guard TADSS programs across multiple U.S. locations. Supervise all TSC personnel, manage TADSS, scheduling, inventories, and liaison with units while ensuring compliance with AR 350-52. Provide on-site training center support, oversee TADSS training and operations at training centers, participate in revision of lesson plans and POIs, deliver technical instruction and demonstrations, evaluate performance, assist students, operate training devices and simulators within the Synthetic Training Environment (STE), prepare instructional materials, conduct program briefings, certify new operators and track annual recertification, assist unit trainers, maintain TSC operations and warehouse functions, research doctrine for applicable trainers, ensure personnel hold valid state licenses for vehicles, transfer knowledge to unit personnel, maintain a safe work area, and draft policy standards for government consideration. Attend meetings to provide technical recommendations, track TADSS trends, assist Government with research, and maintain device inspection records. Requires travel and Fort Chaffee, AR location with DoD SECRET clearance.”,
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in training support center operations or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Army National Guard Training programs
- Appropriate valid licensing and training to operate Government Owned or Leased Vehicles (e.g., GSA lease) and/or forklift machinery
- Clearance: DoD SECRET Clearance
