Job Summary
Lead Training Support Center operations supporting the Army National Guard Training and Range Support Program. Supervises TSC personnel, manages TADSS, coordinates on-site training center support across centers, updates lesson plans and POIs to reflect current regulatory procedures, provides technical instruction and guidance on practical exercises, evaluates performance, certifies new operators and maintains annual recertification, operates and maintains simulators within the Synthetic Training Environment, ensures instructional materials and training aids are ready, conducts group instruction, maintains training center operations, performs warehouse operations, and collaborates with Government on planning and strategy. Requires valid state driver’s licenses for vehicle operation, adherence to safety guidelines, and the ability to obtain DoD SECRET clearance.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in training support center operations or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Army National Guard Training programs
- Appropriate valid licensing and training required by state and federal laws to operate Government Owned or Leased Vehicles (e.g. GSA lease) and/or forklift machinery
- Clearance: Able to get a DoD SECRET Clearance
- Location / Places of Performance: Los Alamitos, CA
- Travel: Travel will be required
