Training Supervisor

Develop, administer, and conduct training and safety programs for associates, covering New Hire Orientation, Safety, and Forklift classroom sessions. Ensure all processes are documented to meet company, regulatory, ISO, and corporate requirements by providing technical writing resources and maintaining accurate Work Instructions. Coordinate and direct writing assignments, develop site-level trainers, and administer the Site Safety Program including auditing for compliance. Identify staffing needs, interview candidates, and manage procedure development to support ISO and Management of Change Systems. Work closely with Customer Representatives and Operations to ensure accurate process documentation and communicate changes in accordance with local systems.
