Job Summary
Lead and oversee technical training operations in a manufacturing environment, including onboarding, orientation, and on-the-job training to ensure employees are trained, certified, and aligned with standards; partner with Operations and Quality to build a capable workforce; supervise training staff, coordinate certification and cross-training, develop training plans, and standardize processes across shifts; requires a Bachelor's degree and 7–10 years in manufacturing/training; preferred OSHA/GMP/ISO knowledge; Lean/Six Sigma and bilingual English/Spanish are a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 7–10 years of experience in manufacturing, technical training, workforce development, or operations
- Strong facilitation, coaching, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional methods
- Proven experience delivering training to hourly workforce and frontline leadership
- Experience supporting safety, quality, or continuous improvement initiatives
- Lean, Six Sigma, or adult learning certifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
