Job Summary
Lead and oversee technical training operations within a manufacturing environment. Supervise Technical Trainers responsible for shopfloor training and development; conduct new hire orientation and onboarding; oversee cross-training, certification, and skills development; develop training plans aligned with operational priorities; maintain centralized onboarding calendars; audit training completions for compliance; deliver Team Leader orientation and leadership training; partner with Operations and Quality to align training with departmental goals; standardize training processes across shifts and drive continuous improvement in workforce capability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 7–10 years of experience in manufacturing, technical training, workforce development, or operations
- Strong facilitation, coaching, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional methods
- Proven experience delivering training to hourly workforce and frontline leadership
