Training Supervisor (Food Distributor)

Conduct onboarding and training for new hires by learning multiple distribution center functions to ensure SOPs are rolled out and training is completed per plan. Develop and maintain documentation training records while facilitating new hire roundtables, train-the-trainer sessions, and informational meetings to educate the team on new processes. Support leaders in sustaining a positive work culture by actively contributing to and influencing team members to maintain a safe, clean environment. Coordinate the design and distribution of surveys, interviews, and questionnaires for training needs assessments using PowerPoint, Excel, and the Microsoft Office suite. Requires a Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of experience or a High School Diploma with 5-7 plus years of specific experience. Monday-Friday 1st shift with flexibility required.
