Job Summary
Build strong, long-term relationships with customers and end-users by resolving issues with tailored alternate solutions. Design, customize, and schedule learning and adoption campaigns, including creating customized training courses based on individual customer goals. Develop communication blueprints and execute activities to drive digital transformation with Microsoft and other technology platforms. Evaluate risk management for each customer and proactively evade dissatisfaction while driving user adoption throughout the customer life cycle. Create customer success reports to ensure goals are met and deliver insights to key stakeholders. Provide voice-of-customer feedback to internal sales, marketing, and project teams. Customize and deliver 100 and 200 Level End User Webinars and coordinate the internal Champions Program for Office 365. Update and build new training courses based on feature updates from various Microsoft environments. Serve as a product ambassador to educate prospects and existing customers on Evolve 365 capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Federal Agency Clearance Requirements may require up to a 10-year background investigation - US Citizenship (clearable) is required
- Previous experience working with regulated Government M365 cloud environments with an active Secret clearance is essential (GCC, GCCH)
- Minimum of a Secret Clearance required
- Bachelor's degree or comparable work history with 3-5 years of experience in a Technical Training, Education, Curriculum development or similar types of roles
- Ability to effectively create and deliver complex training content to diverse groups of people presenting technical and non-technical information clearly and precisely
- Previous experience creating technical documentation for the purposes of training a non-technical audience
- Must be an outstanding communicator, able to listen for verbal and non-verbal cues, with exceptional writing and verbal skills with a solid understanding of business operations and relevant IT skills of day-to-day business operations
- Expertise in industry-available media and education delivery processes (e.g., computer-based training, web-based training, etc.) and modern educational techniques
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and OneNote
- Familiar with other common office tools such as Copilot, Visio, Publisher, Adobe Professional, Zoom, SnagIt & Camtasia
- Customer-centric, flexible with the ability to meet customer needs, and able to work effectively with many levels of personnel
- Ability to build rapport, influence others with ease, and establish and manage relationships with all levels of employees
- Plan and prioritize activities to achieve optimal results in a fast-paced environment
- Effectively plan program activities and follow through with a schedule to produce quality work within the stipulated timeframe
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and phone communication skills, with the ability to adapt conversations for technical and non-technical audiences
