Training Specialist

Conduct daily training instruction, review and develop training forms, and input job schedules and achievements for aircrew into computer systems. Schedule aircrew for training missions and simulator familiarity, then prepare end-of-course reports, monthly reports, and semiannual reports for each aircrew member. Manage multi-tasking responsibilities while maintaining awareness of RSAF manuals and aircraft experience. This role requires 10 years of total experience, including seven years at the 7 or 9 skill level, with high-level English proficiency and OJT training background.
