Job Summary
Mobile Training Specialist responsible for facilitating training programs across Southern Illinois, including creating new training materials, training new and current employees, ensuring LMS reflects course completion, and reporting progress to managers. Executes new hire orientation and ongoing training within assigned area, collaborates with management to identify training needs, develops and implements course material, and stays current with organizational and regulatory requirements. Requires travel within the region with overnight stays; includes a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and three years of related experience, with proficiency in multiple instructional modalities and strong communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and three years of related experience preferred
- equivalent combination of education and experience accepted
- ability to deliver instruction using multiple modalities
- strong written and oral communication skills
- knowledge of federal and state regulations
- valid driver’s license and insurability
