Training Specialist - Revenue Cycle

Develops and delivers Epic training programs for end users in the Revenue Cycle departments across the organization. Utilizes adult learning principles and job training best practices, employing Epic modules and other interfaced tools in online and classroom settings. Establishes formal training goals with materials, hands-on exercises, knowledge assessments, and competency exams. Collaborates with IT Epic Teams and stakeholders to align professional practices and quality audit processes. Provides daily activities support including analytics and system review, along with monthly newsletter publication as directed. Manages projects, training schedules, and team functions; participates in Epic education team planning and training. Delivers in-person, telephone, and remote support to users while maintaining standard workflows. Uses Epic and HealthStream reports to identify knowledge gaps and coaches team members to ensure efficient use of applications, and contributes to instructional design and problem-solving programs to enhance Revenue Cycle operations.
