Training Specialist

Job Summary
Provide, govern, and optimize training content hosted on SharePoint and related learning platforms to support onboarding and role-based learning. Partner with Learning & Development and subject matter experts to ensure training materials are accurate, current, well organized, and accessible, while also supporting platform refinement and governance. Demonstrate strong MS 365/SharePoint skills, experience with LMS/digital repositories, and the ability to structure complex content for end users. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams in English and contribute to a compliant, regulated environment in healthcare/pharma/CRO contexts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, professional training, and experience
- 2–4 years of experience in a training, learning operations, or administrative support role
- Strong working experience using SharePoint for page development, document management and collaboration
- Experience supporting learning platforms (e.g., SharePoint, LMS, document repositories)
- Exposure to clinical research, healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO environments
- Microsoft 365 experience
- Ability to organize complex content in a structured, user-friendly manner
- High attention to detail with strong version control and documentation discipline
- Ability to follow defined processes, standards, and governance requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service mindset
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with a cross-functional team
- Ability to communicate effectively in the English language
