Training Specialist - McLeod Organizational Learning - Coastal Region

Execute the strategic vision for company-wide leadership training content and delivery while collaborating with Organizational Leadership and HR Partners to assess gaps and develop solutions. Build a culture of high performance, accountability, and development by designing and implementing effective leadership programs that include experiential learning, action learning, and blended delivery methods. Manage the full training lifecycle, from ongoing programs to future development, and lead courses across the organization for all staff members. Coordinate new employee orientation and annual training classes for all health system employees while maintaining accountability for self-development in leadership and healthcare topics.
