Job Summary
Training Specialist dedicated to Lifeline Education at Indiana University Health. Responsible for welcoming new Lifeline team members on day one, teaching navigation of internal systems (including Oracle, email, and Lifeline platforms), and maintaining compliance and data across ALS/BLS, Critical Care, and Paramedic/EMT programs. Supports simulation training and operation of SIM mannequins; conducts activities at Lifeline bases statewide. Requires strong organization, data-management accuracy, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage orientation logistics and roster records while effectively communicating with diverse audiences. The role is full-time and onsite in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
- 3–5 years of relevant experience required
- EMS background (EMT or higher) strongly preferred
- excellent presentation and training skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred
- Experience with video recording and basic video editing preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage detailed records, compliance reports, and data systems with accuracy preferred
- Strong computer fluency across multiple platforms required; experience with scheduling or education management systems preferred
